Ideally situated between the famous cathedral city of St Davids and the Irish ferry port of Fishguard, the Lodge overlooks the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline. It is within easy walking distance of the well known Sloop Inn at Porthgain and the internationally renowned Coastal Path. The Celtic Trail cycle route passes the bottom of our drive making it an ideal stopover for cyclists. The Lodge is a good base for all outdoor activities. Boat trips around Ramsey Island or to Grassholm to see the Gannets can be arranged, as well as surfboard, wetsuit and cycle hire. The lodge is centrally heated and sleeps 23 in 5 separate rooms (4,4,4,5,6) all ensuite with great showers! There is a modern fully equipped kitchen/diner with patio and picnic tables, glorious sunsets. On site washing/drying room and secure storage area.

Nearby Whitesand Bay is a little more sheltered than other exposed breaks in the area, it has been known to hold waves up to 10ft. Try and surf it mid tide if possible. Click here for Surfwithus’ regional guide to surfing or here for Big Blue Kitesurfing’s guide to the best spots in Pembrokeshire.
