At The Grapevine Seafront we offer two main types of accommodation; perfectly suited to large groups (including Stags and Hens) and for individual bookings. These are:

The Grapevine Seafront -Middle Street: Our standard accommodation offers newly refurbished rooms that can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 guests, with showers and toilets conveniently located just outside the rooms. Friday & Saturday - £30 per person per night, based on a two-night minimum booking policy. Sunday - Thursday £15 - £20 per person per night.

All standard rooms are of a high quality of cleanliness and are equipped with basin. These rooms are ideally suited to those wanting to stay in Brighton on a budget, or Stag and Hen parties who don’t mind sharing facilities.

The Grapevine Seafront -Kings Road: Generously proportioned rooms with newly refurbished en-suite shower rooms & fabulous sea views. Rooms can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 guests. Friday & Saturday - £40 per person per night, based on a two-night minimum booking policy. Sunday - Thursday £22.50 - £25 per person per night. All our weekend prices include a full-english breakfast.

Brighton has hosted numerous international windsurfing events over the years. Brighton pier is a popular surfing spot but there are better, more sheltered spots in the area for you to explore.
