We are a small family establishment with 13 newly refurbished bedrooms, all with tea, coffee facilities plus TV, DVD players in all rooms. We have an extensive library of films for all ages to borrow free of charge. We are situated just 50 yards from the seafront, close to all local entertainment and restaurants. There are lots for children and their families to do with the pleasure park just up the road and you can jump on the local train, which travels along the seafront. There is also good evening entertainment for all ages, but if you fancy a quiet night in, we have our own bar to have a warm and friendly chat.

The beach at Cleethorpes is huge and benefits from a superb long sand bar which creates great flat water on its inside and waves beyond. Its has become popular with kitesurfers, especially in easterly winds. Surf conditions are really inconsistent but as always, in the right conditions, there are great waves to be had.
