Our clean and comfortable bedrooms accommodate from two to eight people with all bedding included and central heating throughout the winter. Electricity and showering facilities are included in the price with no hidden extras. There is a communal Lounge where you can get together, watch T.V., Videos or listen to the latest music. The Kitchen allows you to cater for yourselves cheaply or bring in take-aways. All the equipment is there for your use. We have regular barbecue parties in the garden. Great for socialising and making new friends. Just ask and we will light up. We also have double rooms available.

SEA AND SURF
Secure surfboard and wetsuit store. We have drying facilities as well as a reasonably priced laundry service. Free light breakfast 8.30am to 10.30am tea/coffee/cereals/fruit juice/toast (available 21st June - 8th September). There are no curfews so you can enjoy Newquay’s amazing nightlife to the full. We are centrally located for everything - pubs, clubs, surf shops, supermarket and take-aways. Most important of all, we are just two minutes walk from three great surf beaches - Towan, Great Western and Tolcarne. Fistral Beach is just 15 minutes walk. We can arrange surf lessons or safaris for anyone wanting an introduction to the sport.
