Two double/twin rooms have en-suite shower rooms, the third twin/double room is equipped with a shower and basin and a private toilet off the landing. All rooms have central heating, colour television and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a visitors’ lounge with TV and video, leading to the garden. Full English breakfasts are served with our own speciality of home-made marmalade. Vegetarians are catered for on request.

Hayling Island can boast some of the best kitesurfing conditions in the UK. This is due to the West Winner sand bar, which is visible from mid to low tide. This produces ideal learning conditions, as you have shallow flat water for over a kilometre out to sea.
