It is in an idyllic setting in its own grounds, with secluded south facing gardens sloping towards the sea. We are blessed with quite superb sea views from both the house and garden. The town centre is less than five minutes walk, and the beach and coastal path are less than that, accessed through our pretty garden.

Ventnor beach can be popular for surfing. Some of the ground swells wrap around the headland and just about get in here to produce some fun waves.
