There’s plenty of entertainment to be had around St David’s, Britain’s smallest city. It offers a cathedral, Bishop’s Palace, Oceanarium and watersports centre plus Ramsey Island RSPB reserve across the bay. Whitesand Bay, one of the best beaches for surfing in Wales, is also close by.
