Open from July 15- 30 August.

Our campsite is so close to Croyde’s Blue flag winning beach that you can almost guarantee you’ll be first to the famous beach breaks. In fact, you are practically on the beach. The friendliest campsite around, Surfer’s Paradise has an unmatched location. The site is directly behind the sand dunes in acres of unspoilt lush green meadow, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is surrounded by heath and stream, hedgerows, banks and ponds. And you’re only a short walk from the enchanting village of Croyde. If you fancy some time out from the sand and surf, there’s plenty going on in Croyde. There’s great food, from Tapas to Thai, and excellent local pubs where you can listen to live music. Beyond the village you can find activities to suit all tastes, from walking or cycling throughout North Devon and Exmoor to fishing and diving at the marine reserve around Lundy Island. And if you want to keep the adrenaline surging, how about mountain-boarding or para-gliding, both available nearby. Click here for Wavelength’s guide to surfing in North Devon.
