Phil & Sue Twidale welcome you to The Clock House Bed & Breakfast and Café/Bar at the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in Marloes, Pembrokeshire.
Situated in the centre of Marloes village, The Clock House, which gets its name from the beautifully restored clock tower opposite, is the perfect place to stay. The clock tower, which is made of local quarried stone and stands 30 feet high, was erected in 1904 in memory of William Edwardes, Fourth Baron, Lord Kensington of St Brides Mansion and is open to visitors during the summer months.
Our recently refurbished bed and breakfast accommodation offers a clean, fresh environment and a relaxed friendly atmosphere for our guests. With a daily Café/Bar on the premises and the option of packed lunches for your days out, you can take time to enjoy your stay at The Clock House. We also welcome “man’s best friend†and offer purpose built kennels for quiet dogs. However, for the comfort of all of our guests, animals are not allowed inside the house at any time.
From The Clock House you can walk the Pembrokeshire coastal path, enjoy the endless beach at Marloes Sands, go sailing, surfing, diving or golfing at nearby Dale, St Brides, Milford Haven and Haverfordwest or visit Skomer Island (only five minutes away) and enjoy bird watching and wildflowers on this acclaimed nature reserve, home to one of the largest breeding colonies of puffins and shearwaters in the UK. The area is very popular with surfers, windsurfers and kitesurfers alike. The West Wales Wind, Surf and Sailing Centre is on hand for all hire and tuition needs.
