Rita and Richard welcome you to a charming and characterful house 2 minutes walk from the Hayling Billy Leisure Trail, and Blue Flag beaches and only 10 minutes from the A3(M) and A27. Chichester and Portsmouth are both within easy reach. Most rooms with ensuite bathroom, all rooms with television, free wireless broadband and tea/coffee facilities. There is also a detached annexe, which is located to the rear of the main house, which has capacity for a family of up to six. A full English breakfast of your choice is included and an evening meal is optional by prior arrangement. Breakfasts are served in the Dining room in the main house from 7.30am to 10am. Evening meals are available on request between 7.00pm and 8.45pm. Normal arrival time – 4pm. Please advise if arrival time is after 9pm. Children welcome. Ample parking space. Strictly non-smoking within the property. Credit/debit cards accepted.

Hayling Island can boast some of the best kitesurfing conditions in the UK. This is due to the West Winner sand bar, which is visible from mid to low tide. This produces ideal learning conditions, as you have shallow flat water for over a kilometre out to sea.
